亚马逊新注册账号被冻结封杀,提示listing侵权??怎么申诉?

 最近刚注册的亚马逊账号竟然收到警告信,说listing不符合要求,被列为高风险账号,还冻结了我的账户。。。怎么办呀??

亚马逊关店和移除销售权限的案例实在是太多,不同卖家的实际情况也不尽相同,这里就分享几个典型情况的申诉成功模板。

为避免大家申诉模版雷同导致关联,这里只分析思路,具体的申诉邮件,需要各位根据店铺的实际情况和审核原因进行编写。

1,侵权申诉模板

3,Generic侵权申诉.

至于Generic侵权这个梗,咱们先看看亚马逊官方对于Generic的相关解释:

Brand information allows customers to determine the model and brand of the product they may purchase. These fields improve the accuracy of your data listings and help customers discover your products. Typically, Brand is the best identifier for a product, but occasionally Manufacturer is used (more common with furniture). We request that you fill out both fields: Brand & Manufacturer.

需要注意的是:不要在Brand和Manufacturer那里直接填写自己的店铺名,这是亚马逊不允许的。非品牌或者白牌产品,在Brand那里填写Generic,这是亚马逊的官方规定。另外,Generic这样的词也是不可能被注册成功的,因为这类词根本不符合注册的标准。

好了,那就见招拆招,被亚马逊判为Generic侵权了到底如何申诉呢:

1,向亚马逊说明自己Brand那里填写Generic是按照亚马逊要求来的,自己并没有违规也没有侵权。

2,按照亚马逊要求,提供相关的发票和资料,要什么提供什么。
3,再次重申,自己是个诚信卖家,不会违反亚马逊规则,请求亚马逊给自己一个客观公正的评判。


注:关于Generic侵权申诉,有大卖朋友说不应该这么玩,会玩坏新卖家的,就这个问题更新一下答案。(更新于:2017-3-17)
manufacturer:不可以填写店铺名,明确规定的。
brand:如果填写generic会审核,尽量上带品牌的listing,不建议generic的产品。
 
先进行申诉确保后续可以优先解决,申诉时的要点: 1)首先说明自己是follow listing的要求来操作的,2)说明产品图片完全是自己拍摄(确保一定是自己拍摄图片)3)如果有品牌表明你们有自己的注册品牌,不管国内还是国外注册,可以提供商标注册证等资料;2)如果是工厂表明自己是工厂,有自己的设计人员等,4)说明首次开店,目前已准备或者已发送FBA货件等(如果已经有操作的话)5)表明会遵守亚马逊的规则来操作为顾客提供质量好的产品和服务
好像这次很多刚注册的亚马逊全球开店用户都被封号了,亚马逊也没有详细说明原因,你撞枪口上了

发申诉邮件时记得把自己公司的资质,譬如工厂、自有品牌等说明一下,特别有自己的品牌的最好提供一下商标注册证或者商标受理书

 品牌和制造商哪里我们之前是有3个写法:
1.填写自己的店铺名,保证店铺名不存在被别人注册成品牌,而且我们店铺运营的好一年内自己可以自己去注册成品牌!
2、填写generic,这个现在已经不能用了,因为这个词已经有人注册了,并且被投诉之后关店!这个词以后都是不可以填写的!
3、填写跟自己店铺名称不想关的实际品牌,但是要保证品牌有授权或者是自己的品牌! 
过去的账号注册就能用,很少被二审,但现在二审越来越多,似乎成了新账户必过的一关。不过,只要正常提供材料说清楚自身情况,账号就不会有太大问题。最近有很多奇葩的封号,有的人最新看到有人只用了二十分钟就shen申述回来的

卖家账号被冻结的原因无非几种:账号关联、销售侵权商品、账号绩效考核、review、认证、语言。
其他的原因有:产品本身或包装、listing图片或正文上有二维码或链接,引导买家前往除亚马逊以外平台的行为,会导致账号审核。通过亚马逊以外渠道做转款或退款的行为,会导致账号审核。确保listing分类正确,描述无歧义,积极处理退货、退款请求。

这次大批量新Amazon账号被封的原因主要是在亚马逊简化开店审核流程之后,难免有用各种手段趁机囤积账户的职业跟卖者或黑科技公司,然后亚马逊对有可能涉嫌关联、侵权、违规、有潜在安全的产品的店铺进行了二次筛查。

此次亚马逊肯定也是用机器人进行的批量审查,也难免会伤及一些无辜卖家。所以,还是可以Appeal的,如果你不幸被亚马逊移除了销售权限,赶紧去证明你是无辜的,不是坏人吧!

亚马逊要求你提供以下信息,如果没有的话,就加以说明自己的实际情况:
1.从事外贸电商有多久了。
2.商品采购渠道,最好是找你的供应商开正规的增值税发票,六个月之内任意时间即可。
3.库存地址,可以填公司地址。
4.实体店的地址。可以填公司地址。
5.business website是你商品的官网。
6.other website you sell on是速卖通或者ebay那样的。没有的话就不写。
7.没有就不填。
8.这是国外的税号,没有就不用填了。就说你是中国卖家所以没有这个号码。
