亚马逊账号因ODR超标被暂停
新手一枚，这几天亚马逊发来邮件，因为我的ODR超标（2.04%），账号被暂停：
”Recently, there have been some problems with your orders. Your order defect rate is higher than the goal of less than 1%. As a result, you currently may not sell on Amazon.com.
To sell on Amazon.com, please send us a plan that explains how you will address this problem.
Once we receive your plan, we will review it and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again. If you do not send an acceptable plan within 17 days, we may cancel your listings and hold any funds in your account for up to 90 days.

我Cancellation是3.1%，Late Shipment也是3.1%。
ODR高是因为有几个买家开az，说没收到货，然后我没及时处理，亚马逊判他们赢；Cancellation还是跟这些人有关，他们的收货地址一样，是同一个货代地址。后来陆续还有订单过来，都是这个货代的，我就很犹豫要不要发货，怕又有az，最后干脆取消。
更离谱的是，本来没什么，我去问亚马逊关于valid tracking rate的问题后（觉得有些不对劲），亚马逊却直接封了我账号。。。

还有cancellation rate和late shipment rate也要写理由和解决方案，像这样：
Dear Seller Performance Team,
Our account was suspended due to a high ODR rate.
A) Reasons that caused a higher ODR rate than the target of <1%:
.........................................................（写ODR高的原因）
Although not mentioned in the suspension email, we are deeply concerned of our high cancellation and late shipment rate as well.
............................................（后面写两个指标高的原因）
B) Our plan of action to fix the problems:
We will use a signature confirmation on every order that goes to a freight forwarding location or if the order is of high value.（解决方案是用sig con） Moreover, we promise not to cancel any order whatever the reason maybe. （还有保证不取消订单）
C) What we have done to prevent the problems from happening again in the future:
As we have started to include signature confirmation on every order to a freight forwarding address, we believe that it would prevent problems like this from happening in the future.
（一定要写具体的措施）
