询盘是外贸们与买家的“第一次亲密接触”,当然这个很有可能是由于你在信中的产品描述或者价格,亦或者其他措辞方面吸引到了买家,但是要想最后成交,就需要你通过优质的服务增强买家下单决心!

询盘的回复有几点原则,简单概括如:

● 回复及时(给买家发送询盘的24小时内是黄金时间)

● 内容专业(清晰、简洁、完整)

1.回应买家砍价
